A custom website for a Canadian building maintenance company
Aurum looks after the outside of mid-rise and high-rise buildings across Canada: window cleaning, facade care, sealant work, leak repairs and restoration. Its buyers are property managers and building owners, who want to know quickly whether Aurum covers their service and their city.
The site is custom built in Next.js. Ten services are split into maintenance and construction work, each with its own page, and service areas are listed by city, from Vancouver to Montreal and across the Greater Toronto Area. A quote form sits on the home page, with the phone number in the header on every screen.

Aurum is a Canadian company that maintains the exteriors of mid-rise and high-rise buildings. Its crews handle window cleaning and rope access, facade cleaning, sealant and glazing repairs, pressure washing, leak investigation and envelope restoration, for property managers, condominium boards and building owners.
The brief
Aurum sells to people who manage buildings, not to the public. They arrive with a specific job and a specific building in mind, so the site had to show the full range of services, the cities Aurum covers, and a quick way to ask for a quote, without making anyone dig.
What we built
Ten services, two clear groups
Services are split into ongoing envelope maintenance and construction or retrofit work, each with a short description and its own page, so a manager can go straight to the job they need done.
Coverage by city
Major cities across Canada and the towns of the Greater Toronto Area are listed with maps, which answers the first question most visitors have: do you work here?
Quotes from every page
A Get Quote button stays in the header, the home page ends in a full quote form, and the phone number is always in view for urgent jobs.
Built in Next.js
The site is custom coded in Next.js and hosted on Vercel, so pages load quickly and the structure stays clean for search engines.
